About the club
- Started in October 2014, The Feel Good Transformation Club is my passion. I noticed a huge niche in the market to bring nutrition & exercise together in one blueprint system.
- All too often I would see people attending slimming clubs, who were too scared to come into the gym. Or I would see people attending the gym/classes and not getting the results through exercise alone.
- I wanted to create a club with a community feel; somewhere where people would not feel intimidated, but feel absolutely welcome and supported.
- I wanted to create a place where you can surround yourself with others on the same journey. So think of it like the slimming club gym!
- To me, transformation is a whole package and what really gets me excited is seeing people building confidence and starting to believe in themselves.
- This is NOT just about cutting calories, this is a club where you learn learn learn! About food, your body, your mindset, training and so much more!
- Over the years the Transformation club has seen a huge variety of clients from 18 years of age to people in their 70’s who have tried every ‘diet’ there is with very little success.
- With access to classes both in club and online, meal plan system, app for recording food/photos/measurement….these are just some of the many benefits of joining The Transformation club.

Choose something that works for you
- Community is a really important ethos of the club. Whether you decide to join the club or decide to join online, you will feel part of a community helping you all the way.
- The club offers a variety of classes through the week - focusing on functional training with a variety of equipment. No 2 classes are every the same!! And if you can’t make a class, upload the online training or join LIVE if you can.
- With space for 15-18 people (in social distancing) feel confident that you will get to the times you need.
- Online offers more flexibility with you deciding when you can fit the classes around life.
- Classes, both in club and online are suitable for complete beginners to the more advanced as you build up your strength and fitness.
